  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes and chicken ham.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and season with thyme and black pepper.
  7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, blend part of the soup and return it to the pot.
