  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pitas
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the pitas and toppings.
  5. Once cooked, slice the chicken and assemble in pitas with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and herby ranch dressing.
