- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, then press into the bottom of a tart pan.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, melted chocolate, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Pour filling into the crust and bake for 45 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
