Simple Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Tart

A rich and decadent dessert that combines the flavors of dark chocolate and pumpkin, perfect for fall.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, then press into the bottom of a tart pan.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, melted chocolate, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  4. Pour filling into the crust and bake for 45 minutes, or until set.
  5. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Serve with whipped cream for added indulgence.
  • Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
