Skirt Steak Marinade for Tender, Delicious Beef

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, and brown sugar.
  2. Whisk together until well blended.
  3. Place the skirt steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it.
  4. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill to your desired doneness.
