Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a saucepan, boil the apple cider until reduced to about ½ cup.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix together melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and reduced apple cider.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for topping, then sprinkle it over the batter.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
