Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree and mix well.
  4. Incorporate sugar, eggs, vanilla, and spices into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
