Spicy Citrus Tamari Salmon on Rice Paper Chips

Experience the perfect blend of spicy and citrus flavors in this delicious salmon dish served on crispy rice paper chips.

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 3 tablespoons tamari sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 8 pieces rice paper chips
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the tamari sauce, honey, lime juice, and chili flakes.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice paper chips as per package instructions.
  6. Once the salmon is done, flake it into bite-size pieces.
  7. Assemble the rice paper chips with flaked salmon on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
