- 2 fillets salmon
- 3 tablespoons tamari sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 8 pieces rice paper chips
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the tamari sauce, honey, lime juice, and chili flakes.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice paper chips as per package instructions.
- Once the salmon is done, flake it into bite-size pieces.
