  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup queso dip
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the flank steak with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove the steak and let it rest before slicing it thinly.
  4. In the same pan, add rice and beef broth and bring to a boil.
