  • 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the turkey and cranberry mixture over the bottom halves of the slider rolls.
  5. Top with the other halves of the rolls.
  6. Brush the melted butter mixed with garlic powder over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, cool slightly, then slice and serve.
