  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream and heavy cream until fully incorporated.
