- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix together ricotta, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the ricotta mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and spoon marinara sauce over the top.
